1 hour and 50 minutes (GMT) until the start of December. With 80466 words, I officially completed the NaNoWriMo challenge. ^_^

However, lol, I haven’t actually finished the novel yet. I told myself I would finish it this weekend, before the end of the month. I told you lot I would. But I haven’t. Smack me.
Why? Because I was playing the Sims 2.
Because I managed to get hold of Wicked by Gregory Maguire and so far its actually bloody brilliant.
Because we went crimbo shopping and bought me my Wicked by Gregory Maguire because my mother likes to encourage my reading. (wouldn’t buy me a cd. =/ I wanted Jack’s Mannequin’s new one, which isn’t available in our shops).
And.. because I lost the plot for a while and got to another motivationly-draining part.
It sucks, cause I need to revise for mock exams next week. I need to do more geetar cause I don’t do enough. I want to work on other projects, including other writing projects. Meh.
I will finish it though. My character’s been accepted by everyone. He’s finally nearing the end of his goddamned depressing time as a black and white thing. I only have a flashback and the final part to do, which’ll hopefully get me up to 90,000 words. I can’t wait to write the last part. I remember writing it firstly all the way back in August, and since even though the story’s changed so much, the concept of the part has stayed the same in my mind, so therefore hopefully won’t be that hard to write. It’s exciting stuff. It’s not exactly a happy ending, but if the reader has been sympathising with my main character rather than thinking he’s an annoying git like I do (meh, he used to be so awesome before I started writing things from his pov) then it should be seen as a kinda happy ending. It isn’t happy for the rest of them, though. Remember those three love interests? lolllll. =’]
Anyway. WISH ME LUCK IN FINISHING THIS BEFORE NEXT MONDAY. ^_^
